As a special education teacher, my life has always been centered on nurturing growth, helping young minds flourish, and guiding them toward a strong future. But just as I began preparing for a new chapter - marriage and building a family - I was faced with a life-altering cancer diagnosis.
That moment changed everything.
While fighting to survive, I turned to the roots of wellness: clean, honest, nourishing food. I began to live more intentionally, embracing the healing power of a Mediterranean lifestyle. Among all the foods I explored, one stood out above the rest: olive oil.
Not just any olive oil—organic, early-harvest extra virgin olive oil, cold-pressed from ancestral groves in Greece. What once was a family tradition became my foundation for healing, strength, and resilience.
As I shared this journey with family, friends, and fellow educators, more people joined in, following a lifestyle inspired by health, heritage, and heart. What started as a necessity grew into a mission.
